Weekend Review: April 7-8

Our Women’s NPL First Grade picked up their first win of the season in a closely-fought match away to Sutherland Shire Football Association. In the end goals from Shayna Killey and defender Molly Woods saw us collect the three points!

Unfortunately Reserve Grade went down 3-1, but the Under 17’s and Under 15’s picked up some impressive wins while our Under 14’s split the points.

Youth NPL came up against Western Sydney Wanderers FC on Saturday at Sydney United Sports Centre. Despite some spirited performances across the day, unfortunately the A-League academy proved too strong in all age groups.

In Men’s NPL our Under 18’s and Under 20’s continued their strong starts to the season with victories, but unfortunately First Grade could not make it a clean sweep over Parramatta FC.
