After a successful visit in the July school holidays last year, youth development coaches from J-League side Yokohama F.Marinos will be delivering a holiday clinic at NTRA for players at NPL New South Wales and Football NSW SAP level (Under 9 to Under 18).
Yokohama are coached by former Socceroos boss Ange Postecoglu and also feature current World Cup squad member Milos Degenek.
The Japanese coaches will be providing their expertise to all participants, with the potential to offer any top talent an opportunity to train in Japan with the club academy.
The clinics runs from 1pm to 3pm on the 10th, 11th and 12th of July. Registration for the entire clinic is $300.
The Japanese are well known for developing technical players, having J League Academy coaches from such a big club like Yokohama Marinos FC provides players with the opportunity to gain an insight into different coaching methods, discover different techniques, and understand the game from a different perspective. The clinic will be both challenging and enjoyable while gifting players the experience of another football culture in their own backyard.
