Holiday Programs

N1GK is a specific goalkeeper holiday program of high intensity training to help boost skills and development.

July 2026

Week 1 – Thursday 9th & Friday 10th July

Week 2 – Thursday 16th & Friday 17th July

Participants can select from 1 up to 4 days to attend based on individual availability.

Where – North Turramurra Recreation Area, 361 Bobbin Head Road, North Turramurra

Time – 9.00am – 12.00pm

2026 30 Week Training Program

In-season Goalkeeper Program

The N1GK 2026 30 week program will allow all goalkeepers to expand their Goalkeeping development.

Purpose: Provide explicit, systematic, periodised and elite age appropriate training and mentoring to motivated and talented Goalkeepers.

Age Groups: U8 to Adult.

Venue: North Turramurra Recreation Area – Goal keeping Area

Days: The program will run on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday’s every week of the school terms 1, 2 & 3. Goalkeepers will attend one allocated day per week.

Duration: 60 minutes per session

Session Times: 5pm, 6pm and 7pm. The N1GK coaches will allocate training groups closer to the commencement of the program based upon the players ages and stages of Goalkeeping and physical development.

Program Fee: $1,350
Goalkeepers can join the program after commencement (if places are available) and pay a pro rata fee.

Goalkeeper Selection: The Goalkeeping Coaching staff will assign the specific training groups at the start of the program. Goalkeepers will be selected into their training group based upon;
