Last weekend saw Grassroots Recognition Round take place for the Women’s First Grade and U23’s Squads. The round celebrates the players who have come through the NSFA as junior players and now play in the Northern Tigers. These players wore the jerseys of the clubs they played for as juniors in the warmup before the game on Saturday.
The NSFA is proud to recognise the pathways that exist from the grassroots to an elite level and the opportunities that the club gives to Northern Suburbs locals. Congratulations to the players who were recognised on the day.

The First-Grade team lost an intense clash 3-2 against Sydney University on the day, whilst the U23’s lost 2-1 in a tight match against the same opposition.
