Northern Tigers FC is the representative club of the Northern Suburbs Football Association (NSFA), which encompasses the Northern Suburbs region of Sydney, New South Wales. The association has a long-running history of representative football.

TIGERS CUP 2026 The Tigers Cup was first held in TIGERS CUP 2026  The Tigers Cup was first held in 2021, Tigers Cup 2026 will be the 6th consecutive year. Tigers Cup is a one-day tournament for high performing community teams in the U8/U9/U10/U11/U12 & U13 age groups for mixed/boys/girls teams. Teams are invited from different associations across Sydney and Greater Sydney. The Tigers Cup is targeted at Division 1/Graded A teams at ambitious Clubs with a strong development focus.  Team and Player Development Benefits of the Tigers Cup:
1. Team building and team bonding
2. Introduce new players into the team
3. Valuable game preparation for the upcoming winter season
4. Set the team standards for the season
5. Coaches can support team/player development with video footage
6. Assist with the transition to 7v7 for the U8 age group  Tournament Features:
1. All games played on a quality synthetic fields
2. Games are played in a single day from 8.30am up to 4pm daily
3. Tournament management software to keep updated with the draw, scores, tables
4. Official referees
5. First Aid personnel onsite
6. Match balls supplied
7. Trophies – Winners Trophy/Medals and All-Star team announced each day
8. Games filmed using VEO cameras and shared with team coaches
9. BBQ and drinks for sale  Dates:
⚽U8 (born 2018) 7v7 - Tuesday 7 April
⚽ U9 (born 2017) 7v7 - Wednesday 8 April
⚽ U10 (born 2016) 9v9 - Thursday 9 April
⚽ Girls U8/9 (born 2018/17) 7v7 - Friday 10 April
⚽ U11 (born 2015) 9v9 - Monday 13 April
⚽ U12 (born 2014) 9v9 - Tuesday 14 April
⚽ U13 (born 2013) 8v8 - Wednesday 15 April
⚽ Girls U10/11 (born 2016/15) 9v9 - Thursday 16 April
⚽ Girls U12/13 (born 2014/13) 9v9 - Friday 17 April  Location: North Turramurra Recreation Area.  Tournament fee: Early bird registration fee is $800 if paid by 5pm on the Friday 20 February. ⚽ 2026 Development Squads - open for EOI ⚽ Pl ⚽ 2026 Development Squads - open for EOI ⚽  Players that have been selected to play in JDL/Super League/Diamond League for their local club will not be required to attend an additional trial for Northern Tigers Development Squad instead they qualify for automatic selection and will be sent a direct link for registration. Please note in your EOI if you have been selected by your local club.  The aim of the program is to expose players to the Northern Tigers playing and coaching philosophy which is designed to promote player development. Our goal is to work along with community clubs training to develop players and further raise the standard of NSFA football.  In addition to providing a safe and enjoyable development environment, we will identify high-performing players to be selected to train alongside the Northern Tigers FC squads. These players will be notified of these opportunities directly and only if selected.  Players can choose to sign up for 1 or 2 sessions per week. We are offering additional training options for players in 2026 and will hold sessions on the following days:  ⚽ NTRA - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (4pm) & Friday (4pm & 5pm)
⚽ Charles Bean - Friday (4pm & 5pm)  Further details regarding age groups and times are available in the registration process.  Please note positions are limited and as such this is a 30 week program commitment, week commencing Monday 2nd February 2026 to Friday 25th September 2026 (Term 1 to Term 3, no training in school holidays).  All players are required to purchase the 2026 Development squad uniform.  If you already purchased the 2025 Development Squad uniform and it still fits then you will only need to purchase a new shirt, this is due to sponsorship changes.
